Blogger: Center Header

I was getting annoyed this evening trying to center my Blogger customized header that I created in Google Draw.  So I decided that once I got it centered I would share with others.  Here are the simple steps to center a header in blogger.

• Step 1: Open your blog’s dashboard
• Step 2: Click Layout in the page’s sidebar then click the Template Designer

• Step 3: Click Advanced in the designer’s first column, then click Add CSS
• Step 4: Paste the following code into the “Add Custom CSS” box: #header-inner img { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; }
• Step 5: Click Apply to Blog

2015-2016 School Year Underway

It has been a very long time since I posted here.  Too much to do, so little time.

It was an extremely busy and tiring summer preparing for our first 1:1 Chromebook deployment for freshman and sophomores.  The preparation of each Chromebook along with the re-imaging of existing equipment in six school buildings proved to be a very arduous task.

           

All our hard work and planning has paid off thus far.  Our wireless infrastructure and planned rollout have gone better than anticipated.  Teachers are embracing the use of Chromebooks in their day-to-day lessons and planning.  Many have come to us to say it has changed the way they teach, allowing them to do more interactive assessments along the way.  HOW COOL IS THAT!?
